Management Assistant CDO

The Management Assistant plays a key role in supporting three senior leaders within the Management Team of our Chief Digital Officer [CDO]: the Head of Data Management, the Head of Global IT Services & Governance, and the Head of Digital Product & Technology. The MT CDO spans a broad and exciting range of Data, Digital and IT disciplines. As a rapidly evolving, high‑impact domain, the CDO organization is at the forefront of shaping the digital future of DLL. In this dynamic environment, the Management Assistant works closely with the Executive Assistant to the CDO, ensuring seamless coordination, strong collaboration, and high‑quality support across the domain.

Day to day:

  • Effective calendar management, including appropriate prioritization in case of scheduling conflicts and deadlines for deliverables.
  • Making (international) travel arrangements and process and review expense reports promptly and accurately.
  • Organize, prepare, attend and minute meetings incl. follow up after the meetings (monitor action items, circulating meeting minutes etc.).
  • Prepare presentations, communications, documents and/or reports for various MT CDO stakeholders.
  • Co-facilitate off site meetings as well as "special" events (Local and Global MT).
  • Maintain and update CDO communication channels (eg. SharePoint).
  • Set-up and maintain multiple email distribution lists.
  • Execute various supportive tasks on behalf of the MT CDO.

  • Secondary or Higher Vocational level
