Job description

Job Title: Contract and Data Analyst (Managed Care)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $68,390 – $98,585 annually

Job Summary:
The Contract and Data Analyst supports managed care operations by analyzing payer contracts, monitoring reimbursement performance, and developing financial models to support contract negotiations and system revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze managed care contracts and assess operational and financial impact.
  • Develop financial models and projections for contract negotiations.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure payment compliance.
  • Audit financial results and resolve reimbursement discrepancies with payors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in managed care contracting or healthcare reimbursement.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.
