About the role
As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership is critical to cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you'll have the ability to seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. You will help guide your team to success with the support of store leaders.
