Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with Talent Development team members, property leaders, and corporate support teams to build industry-leading training.
• Update current training programs and materials to ensure they're relevant and accurate.
• Measure and share the success of our training through the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to evaluations and overall effectiveness.
• Get the chance to present to our associates and leaders by facilitating engaging and dynamic training classes.
• Display curiosity, ask questions and seek to understand the business objectives and broader need for learning.
• We are an all hands-on deck team, so there will be times where you'll need to jump into other duties as assigned. Being flexible is the name of the game!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 4-year college degree
• 3+ years of experience of Talent Development experience. Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Passion and talent for developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
• Collaborative spirit and a desire to see people grow.
