Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and refine the company’s sales strategy based on market feedback, while setting, tracking, and enforcing individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings focused on accountability, pipeline reviews, skill development, and performance.
  • Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of key accounts and new business by prospecting, building relationships with project managers, property managers, general contractors, and decision-makers, and closing deals end-to-end.
  • Ensure data accuracy and visibility by maintaining complete, timely CRM entries and building sales dashboards/reports (leveraging AI where possible).
  • Monitor KPIs and pipeline health, providing leadership with accurate forecasts and clear performance insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, collaborating with internal teams for smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction, and recruiting/onboarding new sales talent as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in high-ticket B2B sales in New England.
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals in the six- and seven-figure range.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual contributor sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + full benefits package.
