    • Account Management: Maintain and grow key accounts, monitor competitors, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    • 3-5 years in Travel Retail

    • Experience in Caribbean & Latin America markets

    • Background in Luxury, Beauty, or Liquor industries preferred

    • Regional network/contacts in the Caribbean is a plus

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially advanced Excel analytics

    • Bilingual: English & Spanish

    • Solid understanding of sales & marketing strategies, ideally in luxury retail

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

    • Willing to travel up to 50% and work extended hours
