While working remotely, you will continue to engage with our outpatient office team, fostering collaboration and community support through digital platforms and regular team meetings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team collaborations, facilitating a holistic approach to client care by liaising with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay informed of the latest advancements in the field of mental health.
• Effectively manage a caseload that reflects your availability and experience, ensuring that clients receive timely and consistent support.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals and families who encounter various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, often with limited access to care. As an LPC, your empathetic approach and tailored therapeutic strategies will profoundly impact our clients' ability to navigate their challenges, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania or the state where you reside.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, illustrating your ability to manage challenging cases effectively.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with a diverse client demographic.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and digital communication tools.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorder counseling.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education in mental health.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the complexity of the caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
