What You’ll Do
  • Coach members of all experience levels—first-timers to seasoned lifters

  • Execute personalized 1-on-1 and small group training programs through provided weekly templates

  • Build meaningful relationships that keep members motivated and consistent

  • Track progress, celebrate wins, and help members believe in themselves

  • Educate on movement, recovery, nutrition basics, and healthy habits

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
