Job description

Branch out with a warehouse career at Dollar Tree! We are looking for industrial athletes to join our amazing warehouse team!
As a Loader, you'll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center.
Qualification/Basic Job Requirements:
  • Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
  • Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
  • Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
  • Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender.
  • Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Assist in other general warehouse duties on an as needed basis
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift and load boxes 10+ hours
  • Team players
  • At least 1yr of previous warehouse experience
