W2 Position with Full Benefits | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Home 34 Times Weekly

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Joliet, IL. This is a hands-on delivery role for drivers who are comfortable with physical unloading, variable schedules, and store deliveries across the Midwest.

Drivers are typically home every other day for a 10-hour break and can expect to be home 34 times per week.

Driver Requirements
  • Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
  • Clean MVR
  • No SAP drivers
  • Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test
  • Must be comfortable with 100% touch freight
  • Strong safety awareness and customer service skills required
Pay
  • Average weekly pay: $1,500$1,700
  • Annual earning potential: $75,000$100,000
