General Warehouse Associate

With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Join the SMX team as a General Warehouse Associate! We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to help drive our warehouse operations. English as a Second Language (ESL) applicants are encouraged to apply; we value diversity and welcome team members from all backgrounds.

Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekend Shifts. Employment Types: Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour.

Duties:

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systems
  • Move products to designated storage or staging areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (Pallet Jack, Scanner, etc.)
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
