Select Sires, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. This hourly, non-exempt position is at our Plain City, OH facility and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. 

Specific duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor include, but are not limited to,

  • Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
  • Supervise personnel working in all facets of the Maintenance Department.
  • Provide maintenance and repair service for Select Sires vehicles and machinery.
  • Provide care and maintenance for Select Sires premises.
  • Provide nighttime and weekend security personnel for Select Sires facilities along Route 42.
  • Participate in planning and construction phases of Select Sires building and remodel projects.

A Maintenance Supervisor's work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Work schedules and duties are subject to change to meet departmental needs.
