Job description

The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking maintenance oriented individuals to work our various managed apartments in the Springfield Area.
We are looking for all levels of experience and background with specific pay and duties to be assigned based on experience. After hours (On-Call) may be required.
Basic Duties;
  • Cleaning grounds to maintenance curb appeal
  • Servicing apartments to fix issues for current tenants
  • Turning vacant units to become ready for new tenants
  • Basic pool cleaning and servicing
  • Light HVAC diagnostics
