The incumbent directs maintenance supervisors and maintenance technicians and ensures that strategic maintenance goals are met through skilled maintenance technicians who perform preventive and routine electrical and mechanical maintenance and equipment breakdown repairs. The incumbent also writes various maintenance reports, assesses team member job performance, and ensures Team Member safety. This role will work for MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
