Our dairy cooperative is seeking full time Maintenance and Warehouse Manager to work at our Cutting & Wrapping Plant located in Cabot, VT. Lead Reliability. Drive Continuous Improvement. Build High-Performing Teams. We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, inventory accuracy, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a highly engaged and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and partner across departments to improve plant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead plant maintenance and warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, food safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, asset performance, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness. Drive full utilization of CMMS systems for work order management, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, inventory control, and performance reporting. Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Lead root cause analysis activities and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures. Develop and mentor maintenance and warehouse personnel through coaching, training, accountability, and career development planning. Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, material flow, shipping/receiving, and storage optimization. Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain teams to support operational objectives and long-term plant performance. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, reliability improvements, and long-range asset management strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical and operational teams. Experience with CMMS systems, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. Strong mechanical, electrical, automation, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
