What education and experience are needed for success?

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong background in facility maintenance, metal fabrication and welding, painting, and floor repair, preventative and predictive maintenance, process equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of standard processes, high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge.
