Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Reliability Manager is responsible (both as an individual and through teams), for delivering effective technical support to all aspects of plant operations. The engineering & planning team is critical to the achievement of improving safety, quality, production and cost reduction relating to rolling & spooling of household foil.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
  • Prioritize safety over all else in the plant. Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety through leading direct/indirect reports and plant personnel using RCP's well-developed programs.
  • Reduce maintenance costs and increase throughput by developing effective PM, PdM, CMMS and FMEA programs to improve equipment reliability & business continuity.
  • Must have working knowledge of using critical data from CMMS to understand probability of failure to increase equipment up time.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and tools in the execution of daily operations and development of improvement strategies through the assistance of Op Ex Leaders.
  • Providing technical problem solving skills and direction to drive continuous improvement to solve chronic process and equipment problems.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
  • BS in Engineering with 5+ years of applicable technical experience.
  • Demonstrated motivation and leadership skills required for all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to produce successful programs with minimal management direction.
  • Be a solid team player able to drive small and large groups to a common goal.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast moving environment.
  • Be able to dissect difficult challenges, provide leadership and develop feasible solutions.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated application of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular engineering field.
  • Proficient with computer programs (i.e. CMMS, MS Office, MS Project, CAD, Minitab etc.).

Icing on the cake:
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred. Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Experience in a metal rolling, forging or casting a plus.

Bonus Eligibility
