JOB DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems within the organization. This position ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals while minimizing downtime. The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance programs, coordinates repairs, maintains compliance with safety regulations, and works closely with production and leadership teams to improve operational performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and supervise maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts availability.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
