This is an entry-level position, so your duties may include basic tasks such as changing light bulbs and handing tools and supplies to your supervisor. As you gain experience in the field, your responsibilities increase until you can perform the more complex tasks of a fully-qualified maintenance technician. To become a maintenance helper, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong work ethic.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Maintenance Helper, and why are they important?
