Maintenance Director

Location: Rockmart, GA 30153

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at our facility in Rockmart, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
