What we need from you:

  • Provide assistance to the Maintenance Director in repairs and alterations to the building, maintains building and grounds, other maintenance needs, etc.  

  • Routinely inspects the physical plant and provides routine preventative maintenance and janitorial duties within acceptable standards of practice.

  • Assist in the performance, monitoring, preventative maintenance, and logging of safety tests (Fire Alarm, pull cords, fire extinguishers, etc.)

  • Must have positive “can do” attitude 

  • Excellent customer service 

  • Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

  • Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test 

  • Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
