100% US Remote Standard Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM local time 6-month engagement Seeking a hands-on Data Analyst with strong operational analytics experience supporting HR, workforce planning, or resource management functions. Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting models), experience working with large and complex datasets, and the ability to clean, validate, transform, and integrate data from multiple systems. Candidates should also have practical Power BI experience creating executive-level dashboards and visualizations.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys doing the day-to-day analytical work rather than operating strictly at a strategic or presentation layer.We are seeking a highly detail-oriented analyst to support execution tracking and operational management of the GDO hiring plan. This role will focus on maintaining data integrity across multiple hiring and onboarding data sources, enabling accurate reporting, and supporting end-to-end visibility from hiring plan through onboarding readiness. This is a critical role to ensure data consistency, streamline reporting, and support decision-making as GDO scales hiring across multiple programs and transitions.
