Maintenance Associate
Location: Crater Lake, OR, 97604
Job Description:
The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment at the Crater Lake location. This includes but is not limited to:
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Performing routine inspections of buildings and equipment
- Assisting with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
