Maintenance Associate
Location: Crater Lake, OR, 97604
Job Description:

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment at the Crater Lake location. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Performing routine inspections of buildings and equipment
  • Assisting with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and power tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
