As the Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations), at Cascades of Oregon City, you are responsible for ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained, and safe for our residents and staff.

What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations):

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
