Maintenance Assistant - Assisted Living Facility


Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our esteemed Assisted Living facility. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents while working in a supportive and professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the facility's HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of the building and its equipment

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, addressing issues efficiently and effectively

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

- Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and minor carpentry tasks
