Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support high-volume, business-critical production platforms within enterprise brokerage and money movement systems. This role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting mainframe applications while collaborating closely with business, product, architecture, operations, and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong mainframe development expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in fast-paced production environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical mainframe applications and platforms
  • Perform detailed analysis for maintenance and enhancement projects across batch and online environments
  • Design, deploy, and support software releases into production environments
  • Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Work closely with operations teams and vendors to support system stability and operational excellence
  • Develop solutions based on business, system, product, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform unit, functional, and regression testing to ensure application quality and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity and critical production issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term technical solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts
