Technical & Professional Skills
  • Mainframe Architecture: Deep understanding of IBM constructs (LPARs, SYSPLEX, CECs, regions, address spaces, WLM, batch/online processing).
  • Performance Datasets: Hands-on experience analyzing raw SMF, RMF, CICS, DB2, and workload activity data.
  • Consumption Metrics: Expertise in analyzing CPU, MIPS, Rolling 4-Hour Average (R4HA), peaks, and transaction volumes.
  • Advanced Analytics: Highly proficient in advanced SQL and hands-on large-scale data analysis/reporting within Snowflake.
  • Data Synthesis: Proven ability to integrate disparate operational data sources to build KPIs and trend-analysis models.
  • Domain Background: Prior experience in Mainframe Operations, Capacity Management, Performance Engineering, or Production Support.
