Our therapists benefit from using a fully furnished office space when needed, complete with administrative support, including a billing service that manages claims and provides a seamless experience for both therapists and clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Main Street Health Center, you will:

• Provide individual therapy and couples counseling to clients across various age groups, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to their unique situations.
• Complete detailed documentation and progress notes for each client in a timely manner to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage your schedule by coordinating ongoing appointments, while utilizing our accessible electronic calendar system to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists through regular meetings, ensuring effective communication and shared insights, enhancing the therapeutic approaches offered.
• Utilize a billing service to streamline patient intake processes, insurance claims, and payment plans, thereby increasing your availability to focus directly on client care.

Our client population is diverse, involving individuals, couples, and families who present with a wide range of clinical concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals through tailored therapeutic approaches.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW in the state of Texas, allowing for independent practice.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and ethical practices in social work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a vibrant caseload effectively.

In addition to the required qualifications, we highly value experience and skills in the following areas:

• Significant training in couples therapy and experience working collaboratively with couples.
• A genuine commitment to professional development and continuous learning in therapeutic practices.
• The ability to manage a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20-25 client hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings each week.
