Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Main Street Health Center, you will:

  • Provide individual therapy and couples counseling to clients across various age groups, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to their unique situations.
  • Complete detailed documentation and progress notes for each client in a timely manner to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage your schedule by coordinating ongoing appointments, while utilizing our accessible electronic calendar system to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists through regular meetings, ensuring effective communication and shared insights, enhancing the therapeutic approaches offered.
