With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.
"The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site operations; productivity, and quality standards are met. This role acts as the primary point of contact at the site, coordinating staff, resources, and communication between teams and upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule
Supervise, train, and support team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with leadership and on-site client contacts.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
Conduct regular floor walks and on-site audits
Maintain a daily contact with regional manager & facilities team
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials
Reports to Regional Manager"
Qualifications:
Good communication skills.
Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.
Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in a related area preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
