Job description


Senior Imaging & Mailing Technician

To be an effective team member of the Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) Department. To perform the functions of other IMS technicians as workload dictates and to serve as technical support for the department. To coordinate various activities related to the daily processing of records and mail services for the Farm Bureau Center and the Field Force. To assist the manager in supervising and training employees and maintain department record keeping.

Perform all essential functions of the Imaging & Mailing Services Technician position.

Assist in assessing daily departmental work volumes and determine work priorities and tasks.

Assist in training employees as required and directed by the manager. Serve as a technical and procedural resource to department employees, answering questions or referring them to the manager.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum two to three years experience in Imaging & Mailing Services Department or similar environment required.
Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Office required.

Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education required.

Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Designations in IIA and/or similar insurance designation preferred.
