ARS is looking for a Secretary to work in Joint Base Andrews, MD. The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them appropriately.
  • Pick up and distribute mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Support team members with project-related administrative tasks.
  • Assist with employee expenses and travel authorizations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with timekeeping.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and data entry.
Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tongue and Quill proficiency preferred.
  • Proficiency with office software such as email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets.
