Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our TEAM! As the Administrative Assistant II, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as providing administrative support, process department bills/invoices, and maintain power point presentations.
Shift: 1st Shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 3:30pm

Primary Objective
  • Provides a wide variety of administrative services to support the applicable department.

Major Function and Scope
  • Provides basic administrative support, i.e. calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, complete expense reports, answer phones, open & distribute mail, draft communications and presentations, etc.
  • Processes department bills/invoices and follows-up with A/P to ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
  • Prepares comprehensive power point presentations as required.
  • Creates, maintains and updates organizational charts as needed.
  • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Assists in the preparation and mailing of benefits communications.
  • Prepares labels and folders for files and performs filing functions as needed.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies and arranges for maintenance of office equipment.
  • Coordinates and schedules departmental meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Performs other related duties and assists with special projects as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent ability with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Bilingual Preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills in spreadsheets, charts, and word-processing.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
