Job description

Overview

Consider a new career today as a Regional Support Associate - Copy/Mail Team Member with IST Management Services, the fastest-growing, national, facilities management company in the industry. IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

The Opportunity: IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer-focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions.

Position Details:

This position is PT, On-Call and performs office services work in our clients' copy and mail rooms. We also handle hospitality, reception and shipping/receiving.  Most often this position leads to full time.

Hours will range per site but most assignments are within 7:30AM- 5:30PM Monday through Friday.  No nights or weekends unless there would be special projects.

Our client sites are in the Philadelphia metro area (Delaware Valley) Although this job listing shows Norristown as the location, that zip code was chosen as it sits in the middle of our region. This position supports all of our locations.

Business professional dress code and standards are required. Access to reliable transportation, including routes not accessible via SEPTA or PATCO. Must have a valid driver's license.

Hourly Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities

The Regional Support Associate - Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:

  • Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
  • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
  • Back up IST site personnel for vacations or call-outs
Qualifications

The Regional Support Associate - Copy/Mail Team Member must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to reach all locations not on public transportation routes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, especially when covering at receptionist positions
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
