About Us:
Direct Mail Solutions (DMS) is a full-service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. We specialize in warehousing, logistics, direct mail processing, and high-volume distribution. We are currently hiring a skilled Warehouse Turret Truck Operator to join our fast-paced and growing Warehouse Department.
Pay:
Hourly pay range $17.00-$19.00

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Turret Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, with a focus on high-reach forklift (Turret Truck) tasks in our high-rise storage system. Your role will include storing, retrieving, staging, and transferring palletized goods while maintaining accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include operating a Turret Truck or High Reach Forklift to store and retrieve palletized units in high-rack locations. You'll be responsible for picking and staging products for outbound shipments and transferring materials within the warehouse as needed.

You will use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan and process inventory and orders. In addition to operating equipment, you'll assist with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, wrapping pallets, and keeping workspaces clean and organized.

Flexibility is important, as you may be asked to work overtime or assist in other departments to support team success.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience operating a Turret Truck or high-reach forklift. Certification is a plus, and candidates must be able to pass an internal forklift training program.

You should have strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems are important, along with the ability to communicate effectively.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly, with frequent bending, twisting, and pulling. Prior experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and general warehouse operations is preferred.

Requirements at a Glance:
