Job Posting

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking applicants for a full-time Mail Processor. The successful candidate must be detailed-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary Mail Processor
    • Process all mail transactions received
    • Balance transactions daily
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail (including FedEx)
  • Print, sort, and mail letters as received from various departments
  • Properly shred and dispose of all papers with confidential information
  • Prepare all daily work items for transfer to the appropriate departments
  • Contact members regarding mail transactions when necessary
  • Assist Consumer Loan Servicing Department as needed
  • Assist Title Clerks:
    • Process incoming titles
    • Filing
    • Pull titles ready for release
    • Print/mend title letters
    • Any other duties as assigned
