Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Mail Clerk. This position will be 100% onsite at the Regional office in Spring, TX. The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm.
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical and administrative office duties within the Service Center and eligibility department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Operate mailing equipment.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Billing maintenance.
  • Communicating with Administrative on problems and resolving with hospital staff if appropriate.
  • Collaborating with Supervisors in various offices and regions to support operations for multiple clients.
  • Providing support and performing additional duties as needed.
  • Answering phones and working the reception desk.
  • Attending to various reports as instructed by manager.
  • Performing general clerical and front office duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
