Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, including related software.
- Manage high-volume mail systems, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage to incoming/outgoing mail and faxes.
- Generate and maintain digital reports for printing, imaging, and mail systems.
- Ship and receive products and supplies; handle inventory and distribute office supplies.
- Perform basic copier maintenance, clear jams, and report technical issues.
- Conduct binding, finishing, quality control, and final checks on printed materials.
- Open, save, transfer, and manage PC files; utilize MS Office, email, and document management systems.
- Maintain records for management reporting and billing logs; calculate charges for completed jobs.
- Respond to and coordinate service calls; answer customer inquiries regarding job requests.
- Deliver completed print and mail jobs to designated locations, possibly traveling between buildings.
- Support facility operations including meeting room setups, light maintenance, occupant moves, and occasional cleaning.
- Use various office equipment such as shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, bindery equipment, fax machine, postage meter, and more.
- Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents.
- Maintain copier areas in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition.
- May require overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency responses.
- Act as receptionist or call center representative, requiring strong presentation and telephone skills (for senior specialists).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
