Job description

We are looking for a candidate that is computer literate in Word and Microsoft Outlook.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

▪ Answering phones and communication with clients

▪ Greeting clients

▪ Mail distribution

▪ Billing (Time slips)

▪ Filing – internal files and documents with Court

▪ Faxing

▪ Typing forms/pleadings

▪ Preparing Correspondence

▪ Opening/closing files.

We are looking for somebody that’s reliable, professional, and friendly.

Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
