Job description

We are seeking a highly polished Corporate Hospitality Associate to support a fast-paced, client-focused corporate environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in restaurants, catering, banquets, or corporate hospitality who thrives on delivering exceptional, white-glove service.
The Hospitality Associate plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, attorneys, and employees. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong customer-service mindset. The role also provides backup support to Reception as needed.

  • Position: Corporate Hospitality Associate
  • Full-Time | Direct Hire
  • Location: Onsite, Atlanta, GA
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (steady daytime schedule)
  • Pay rate: $20p/h
Primary Responsibilities
Hospitality / Catering / Events (80%)
  • Provide consistent, exceptional Client First service to all visitors, clients, and employees
  • Set up, break down, reset, and refresh conference rooms and event spaces
  • Stock, restock, and maintain inventory of snacks, beverages, dishes, and kitchen supplies
  • Clean and maintain kitchens, conference rooms, and office support areas
  • Load, unload, and operate dishwashers at scheduled times
  • Set up, stock, and reset Visiting Attorney offices
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the entire office
  • Receive, organize, and stock supply orders
Reception Support (10%)
  • Provide backup coverage for the Receptionist during breaks and absences
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain a polished front-of-house presence
Additional Office Support (10%)
  • Submit maintenance work orders and communicate facilities issues as needed
  • Arrange visitor and new employee desks and offices
  • Copy, scan, and assemble documents and copy jobs
  • Clean and stock printer stations
  • Organize and distribute office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate daily mail and courier pickups and deliveries
  • Assist with mail and package distribution
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, banquets, or hospitality (required)
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to 5-star, white-glove service
  • Corporate polish and professional demeanor
  • Ability to remain on your feet throughout the day (10,000+ steps daily)
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and calendar management
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
