Position: 1st Shift Clerical Assistant - Plainfield
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM; Overtime on Saturdays 6AM-2PM; To be discussed
Location: Plainfield, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a 1st Shift Clerical Assistant to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with recordkeeping, document management, and office supplies inventory
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
