Job description

As a Clerical Assistant you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce! You will also be assisting the Human Recourses department by maintaining company culture and planning company outings.
Responsibilities
-Welcoming visitors to our office
-Answering phone calls
-Scan receipts and upload to database.
-Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
-Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
-Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
-Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
-Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
-Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, etc., and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
-Knowledge of Apple products(iPhone, macOS,iMac, and iPad)
-Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks, etc.
-Assist in office management and organization procedures
-Perform other office duties as assigned
