Wage range: $22.00 - $27.00 USD, hourly

Store Operations
  • Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring all store operations meet company expectations and operational excellence: opening and closing procedures, cash wrap, inventory management, loss prevention, IT systems (POS), and health & safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance (ex. cleaning and drying footwear, maintaining water installations and fixtures, etc.)
  • Other duties as required
People Management
  • Deliver retail training to Sales Associates and ensure that all retail staff have proper understanding of product, SOPs, and best practices
  • Drive employee engagement, create a strong store culture, and ensure the team is recognized and motivated
  • Advise, guide, and coach the team on employee issues and escalate to Store Manager, Richmond, as necessary
Performance
  • Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our core values, and provide a seamless and memorable in-store experience for our customers
  • Lead by example in driving sales and high performance; ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds business goals and sales targets
  • Monitor and manage store targets and KPIs such as: sales per hour (SPH), average transaction value (ATV), conversion rate, net promoter score (NPS), and other inventory metrics
  • Ensure the team embraces a customer-focused mindset and consistently provides a seamless and memorable customer experience
