Job description

We are currently looking to add a TCG Specialist to our team!

This is primarily a customer facing role, in a medium-high volume production environment. This position is very data intensive, and requires not only a passion for MTG but also a very high level of attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

● Extensive knowledge of Magic the Gathering

● Basic understanding of GSuite and its applications (primarily GSheets and Docs)

● Ability to communicate effectively using online channels, such as Discord

● Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Conditioning cards

● Purchasing cards and locating collections to purchase

● Pulling orders for in store pickup

● Packing and shipping orders

● Integrating new physical inventory into the store’s collection

● Building and manipulating large spreadsheets

● Keeping up with clear and timely communication both with customers and with the rest of the team

● Maintaining a clean and organized work space

● Assisting customers with decision making and increasing sales revenue

● Assisting with tournament organization and prizing

Familiar with Inventory Management Software

Knowledgeable about other TCGs such as SWU & Lorcana
