Senior Project Manager 


As a Senior Project Manager you are inherently curious, operationally minded, and a quintessential problem-solver who likes connecting dots. You will collaborate across all departments to scope and manage complex projects from start to finish for all types of projects. This position will lead and motivate project teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success while remaining on-time and on-budget. This client-facing role will require effective communication to ensure expectations are clearly communicated across internal teams, clients and business partners. 


  • Project Execution & Delivery 
    • Strategically lead internal and client teams through the execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
    • Drive integration, cohesion, and efficiency across projects and accounts, identifying opportunities to strengthen output and streamline delivery.
    • Develop detailed project plans and timelines autonomously, offering a clear point of view on approach, priorities, and account roadmaps.
    • Anticipate what’s ahead — proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to pivot in real time to keep projects on track.
    • Lead project communications by effectively sharing updates, changes, risks, and budget status with both internal and client teams.
  • Partnership & Team Collaboration
    •  Partner closely with the Associate PM Director, Account Director, Group Account Director, and day-to-day clients to ensure project and account success.
    • Build strong relationships with cross-discipline leads to guide project strategy and execution.
    • Lead and motivate internal teams by removing roadblocks, fostering collaboration, and keeping all partners aligned on goals and next steps.
    • Schedule and lead team meetings with clear agendas, active facilitation, and accountability to outcomes.
    • Coach and mentor Project Management team members to strengthen department capability and foster growth.
  • Scoping, Budgeting & Financial Management
    • Lead and facilitate scoping workshops with clients and internal teams to define deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
    • Drive the creation of accurate and strategically sound Fee and OOP estimates, offering creative solutions to meet client and agency needs.
    • Ensure alignment between Scopes of Work, financial models, and estimates; proactively manage scope changes and identify solutions early.
    • Monitor financial performance across projects and accounts, maintaining a clear view of current and projected burn.
    • Pull and analyze financial reports (e.g., Maconomy burn data) to inform decisions and initiate timely budget discussions internally and with clients.
    • Partner with Account and Finance teams to manage revenue recognition, forecast accuracy, and profitability across projects.
  • Growth, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Actively pursue opportunities to expand leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise within the project management discipline.
    • Integrate and advocate for emerging AI technologies to drive automation, innovation, and operational excellence within project management workflows.
    • Mentor peers and junior team members in best practices and evolving tools to elevate department-wide performance.
  • Operational Leadership & Process Optimization 
    • Champion agency-wide operational excellence by identifying process improvements, tools, and best practices that enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
    • Partner with Operations leadership to design, test, and roll out new operational processes and resource planning models.
    • Contribute to broader organizational initiatives that support continuous improvement, scalability, and business growth.

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
