MPS in Stockton, CA is seeking a talented Product Manager (
Overhead High Voltage Switchgear). In this role you will be responsible for managing product portfolios, providing technical and commercial support to customers, and developing strategic and tactical plans encompassing the market and competitive analysis for our Stockton facility.

What You'll Do- Oversee the implementation of technical product solutions for clients and customers.
- Regularly interface with end users to understand necessary product requirements and price levels.
- Build and implement go-to-market marketing and pricing strategies.
- Build and execute Product Line roadmaps to achieve fiscal performance.
- Work with customers, sales, applications, and design engineers to deliver products to customers' expectations.
- Maintain expert level knowledge of overhead high voltage switchgear and ensure that adaptations to applications provide solutions to user's needs.
- Help review and recommend changes in product design that align with the organization's goals.
- Help ensure adequate technology is in place and utilized to meet our internal and client's needs.
- Make certain that all reported issues are resolved in relation to organizational standards.
- May develop policies for providing technical training to clients or internal users.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, and procedures.
What You'll Need to Excel in This Role- Comprehensive knowledge of overhead powerline concepts and principles.
- Experience in the electrical utility industry is preferred.
- Experience with IEEE C37.30 and GO.95 design and construction standards is a plus.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience.
- Ability to lead and direct the work of other employees with authority for personnel decisions.
- Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures that may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
