Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales and elevate customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll lead a team, manage and optimize department metrics, and drive performance to exceed our store's objectives. 

Responsibilities
  • Financial and Performance Management: Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goals, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success
  • Customer and Team Excellence: Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance
  • Department Leadership: Oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations of the Parts Department, while fostering relationships with customers and manufacturers

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc) 
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours 
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage people 
  • Strong customer service skills
