Job description

We specialize in large capacity bridge mill and boring mill work for the Mining, Defense, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, and Machine Tool industries. 4 years of direct experience in a machine shop supervisory role. Experience with low volume highly engineered product is preferred. Hands on machining background is a must. Responsibilities include direction, oversight, cleanliness and accountably for machine shop operations. It requires strong organizational and communication skills. This position will work closely with manufacturing engineering for process support and the quality department to ensure customer expectations are met. Experience with overhead crane rigging and handling is also a plus.
