Job description

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee daily operations within a precision machining environment operating across multiple shifts. This role is responsible for production scheduling, workflow coordination, team development, and overall shop performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop machinists and shop personnel
  • Manage production scheduling, workflow, and machine utilization
  • Support quoting and production planning activities
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support smooth project execution
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency


Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in machining, CNC manufacturing, or precision manufacturing
  • Prior leadership experience in a production or machine shop environment
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow, and machining operations
  • Experience improving productivity, delivery performance, quality, or workforce development
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
