โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or machining preferred.

โ€ข Preferred CNC Machining experience.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
โ€ข Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and equipment.
โ€ข Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
โ€ข Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems.
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
โ€ข Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
โ€ข Experience troubleshooting manufacturing operations, including machining processes.
โ€ข Familiar with a broad range of processes such as machining, detailing, welding, and assembly.
