We are currently seeking a full-time Heavy Equipmentย Shop Foremanย to join our team.

Primary Job Duties*:
- Prioritize, schedule, and assign jobs to shop technicians to ensure efficient operations
- Manage and mentor the service team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on repair & warranty status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities for additional services and repairs
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting as needed
- Estimate repair costs and timelines with accuracy

Candidate Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 yearsโ experience in heavy equipment service, with proven skills in mentoring mechanics and resolving complex repair issues
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Must be able to still work on equipment
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including fuel, hydraulics, electrical, engines, and transmissions; experience working with Komatsu is a plus
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Eagerness to adopt new techniques and technologies in equipment maintenance
- Valid driverโs license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checksย
- Able to read, write and communicate in Englishย
- Able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to travel as needed for training; less than 10%
